We collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal data, directly from you or from third parties (in the context of a service).
We only process the Personal data necessary to carry out our mission and the Processing of your Personal data will be systematically based on the following legal basis:

1.1 When you make use of our website
When you make use of our website, we use cookies to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. You can read more about how and why we use cookies in our cookie policy.
We use a third-party service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of our website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow service provider to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

1.2 When you register as a signatory to our petition campaigns (based on your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR))
We collect and process your identification data (name, first name, and email address).
All the Personal data above-mentioned are necessary to send you updates.
Further, if you agree, we will keep your information to contact you to keep you informed of the results of the campaign and/or contact you again for other campaigns. Not providing your consent for this further reach-out will not impede your participation in the petition campaign you have signed up for.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@fullbeammedia.com. Withdrawing your consent means that the collected personal data will no longer be used. However, use made of your data in the past remains valid.
If you agree to allow us to keep your data for the additional purposes outlined above, it will be  kept as long as you do not oppose it. If you do not agree for us to keep your data for further purposes, your data will be deleted within 6 months after the end of the campaign, being understood as the moment where the objectives of the campaign have been fully or partially met.

1.3 When you enter into a contract with us
When we enter into a contract with you, as a service provider, influencer or a consultant we collect the following Personal data:

1. Private or professional email address ;
2. Telephone number ;
3. Name ;
4. Address (when your professional and personal address are the same) ;
5. Names of authorised persons ;
6. For individual consultants/influencers: Bank details ;
7. Copies of your identity document.

All the Personal data above-mentioned are necessary to enter into an agreement and manage the performance of this agreement. We retain your information for six years after the end of the last contract between us due to financial audit requirements.

When we enter into a contract with you as an external consultant through an agency, we collect the following Personal data:

1. Name, Surname ;
2. Position or Project title ;
3. Reporting lines through the organisation chart if it is provided to us by your agency:
4. Phone number or personal email address ;
5. Payment amount ;
6. Contract dates (start date, suspension dates if any and end date).


All the Personal data above-mentioned are necessary to enter into an agreement and manage the performance of this agreement. We retain your information for six years after the end of the last contract between us due to financial audit requirements.

1.4 When you email us, chat with us or otherwise contact us
We process your contact details, when required, in order to provide you with the requested support. This data processing is based on your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Those data are kept as long as you do not oppose it.

1.5 When you contact us to make use of your data subject rights
We process your contact details and the proof of your identity you send us in order to address your request. We can also, depending on your request, process other personal data we have collected in order to address your request.
This data processing is for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject (article 6.1.c of the GDPR).
We will store those data for the duration of one year. This duration aims at having history of the case in case the data subject comes back with further requests. Further, all our emails are achieved for audit purposes for the duration of our audit obligations.

1.6 Reach-out
To deliver our public interest campaign messages, we use advertisement tools provided by social media platforms. These tools offer target-based advertising options including interests, geographical position, age and gender that may be of relevance to reach out to likely interested audiences.  When making use of those target-based advertising options, we do not collect the data used by these ads tools. Please note that those tools are not operated by us, therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of those websites, too, as we have no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This data processing is based on our legitimate interests (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

1.7 Links to other sites
Our website may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of those websites, too, as we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

2. How do we protect your personal data?
Your personal data is handled in full confidentiality. We make all necessary efforts to take technical and organisational measures that might be required so as to ensure security of your personal data.

3. Use of service providers and transfer to third parties
We do have recourse to service providers for analytics purposes.
Those service providers, otherwise referred to as data processors, are third parties who provide elements of support to us. We have contracts in place with our data processors. They cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct. We do not transfer any of your personal data collected, as mentioned above, to any third party for commercial purposes.

- Right to obtain from us restriction of processing where there is contestation about the data processing for a period enabling to solve the issue.
- Right to data portability.
- Where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent means that we will not make use of your data any longer. However, use made of your data in the past remains valid.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on our legitimate interests (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
